Question 1

Are the products in this set full-size or travel-sized?

Accepted Answer

The products are best described as generous, deluxe travel sizes. They're perfectly designed for a complete skincare routine on the go or to trial multiple formulas. If you're looking for large, economy-sized bottles, you may want to purchase items individually. Many reviewers love the set for travel and as an introduction to the brand.

Question 2

Is this skincare set suitable for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

While many users with normal skin adore the hydrating formulas, we recommend caution if you have very sensitive or reactive skin. The rose facial spray and some serums contain fragrance, which can be an irritant for some. A small number of social media reviewers mentioned sensitivity to the eye masks. For sensitive skin, patch testing is always advised.

Question 3

I've heard about leakage issues. Is the packaging secure for travel?

Accepted Answer

We've significantly upgraded our packaging to prevent leaks! All bottles and sprays now have secure seals. For extra peace of mind, we recommend keeping the set upright in your luggage and tightening the caps before travel. We stand by our products, so if you ever receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement.

Question 4

Is this set a good value if I'm buying it for myself, and not as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! While it's famously giftable, many TikTok users and reviewers buy it for their own self-care routines. The value comes from experiencing four award-winning products at a fraction of the cost of buying them separately. It's perfect for creating a spa-like experience at home, testing what works for you, or as a compact travel essential kit.

Question 5

What is your return policy if a product doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused products. If you experience any irritation or simply aren't happy with your set, please reach out to our friendly support team. We're here to help make it right, whether you need a refund, an exchange, or skincare advice.
