Question 1

Will my specific iPad model fit inside the photo booth, and can I keep the case on?

Accepted Answer

The booth is designed to securely hold most standard iPads. However, for the best fit, we recommend removing bulky cases, especially for larger models like the iPad Pro 12.9". Many users with slim cases or keyboard folios report no issues. If you're unsure about your model, feel free to contact us with the specifics before purchasing.

Question 2

How user-friendly is the ChackTok software for guests at a busy event?

Accepted Answer

The ChackTok app is powerful and allows for great custom branding, but it has a bit of a learning curve. Social media feedback suggests setting it up and testing all features (like green screen, filters) before your event is key. Once configured, guests find it intuitive to tap and take photos. For completely hands-off operation, you may need a dedicated attendant.

Question 3

Is the flight case really included, and is the whole setup durable enough for travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the sturdy aluminum flight case is included at no extra cost and is a feature our customers love. It provides excellent protection for transport to weddings, parties, or trade shows. Reviews consistently praise the build quality, noting it feels professional and survives the rigors of event travel much better than a cardboard box.

Question 4

What does the "VIP" access for the software include, and are there hidden subscription fees?

Accepted Answer

VIP access unlocks all premium features within the ChackTok app at the time of purchase, including advanced filters, template designs, and the ability to add your custom logo/overlay. It is a one-time grant with your purchase—there are no recurring subscription fees. You receive free updates for the version you purchase.

Question 5

Who is this photo booth best suited for, and what's your return policy if it doesn't work for my event?

Accepted Answer

This booth is ideal for event planners, small businesses, and frequent hosts who value professional lighting, portability, and custom branding. If you're looking for a simple, static lightbox for product photos only, a simpler option might be more cost-effective. We offer a standard return window (please check our product page for the current policy). We recommend testing the setup and software well before your event to ensure it meets your needs.
