Question 1

I have smaller ears. Will these stay in and fit comfortably?

Accepted Answer

Many users find the fit excellent, but we've seen feedback from those with petite ear canals suggesting the standard eartips might not seal perfectly. The kit includes multiple silicone tip sizes (S, M, L) to help you find a match. If you have particularly small ears, achieving a snug fit is key for both comfort and preventing feedback whistling. For the best experience, ensure you try all sizes during your trial period.

Question 2

How does the noise cancellation perform in really loud places, like a restaurant?

Accepted Answer

These amplifiers excel at reducing constant background noise (like fans or chatter) to help you focus on conversations. However, as noted in some user reviews, sudden, sharp noises in very chaotic environments may not be completely eliminated. They are designed for clarity in everyday settings—perfect for TV, family dinners, and small gatherings—but aren't a substitute for high-end digital hearing aids in extremely challenging acoustic situations.

Question 3

Are they truly rechargeable, and how long does the battery last in real use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are fully rechargeable with a convenient USB-C charging case. On a full charge, you can expect up to 24 hours of use. It's worth noting that a small number of power users on the highest volume setting report getting slightly less, around 16-18 hours, which is still sufficient for a full day. The case provides multiple additional charges on the go.

Question 4

What's your return policy if they aren't right for me or my loved one?

Accepted Answer

We offer a risk-free trial period because getting the right fit is so personal. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund within the specified window (check your order details for the exact number of days). Our goal is a hassle-free experience, so there are no restocking fees for returns.

Question 5

My hearing loss is quite significant. Are these powerful enough?

Accepted Answer

These hearing amplifiers are specifically designed for mild to moderate hearing loss, which covers a wide range of needs. They provide clear amplification and are a fantastic value-driven solution for age-related hearing decline. However, for severe or profound hearing loss, the amplification may be insufficient, and a professionally fitted hearing aid is strongly recommended. If you're unsure of your level of hearing loss, consulting an audiologist is always the best first step.
