Question 1

Should I order a size up? The reviews are confusing.

Accepted Answer

Based on overwhelming feedback from our customers, we strongly recommend sizing up, especially if you plan to wear layers underneath or prefer a less restrictive fit. The vest has a snug, athletic cut. If you're between sizes or want room for a sweater, choosing the larger size is the safest bet for comfort.

Question 2

How does the heated vest hold up in the wash? I'm worried about ruining it.

Accepted Answer

It's designed to be machine washable, but care is crucial. *Always* remove the battery pack and controllers first. We recommend a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then air dry flat. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and the dryer. Many users on social media suggest using a garment bag for extra protection.

Question 3

Is the 20000mAh battery bulky, and what's the real-world battery life?

Accepted Answer

The battery pack is slim and sits in a dedicated pocket on the lower back/hip, designed to be unobtrusive. For real-world use: On the high setting (for quick warmth), expect 3-5 hours. On medium or low (maintenance warmth), most users report 8-12 hours, which is perfect for a full day of hiking, work, or a football game. Battery life decreases in extreme cold.

Question 4

Who is this heated vest best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This vest is a superstar for people who need core warmth during extended outdoor exposure. It's ideal for outdoor workers, winter sports enthusiasts, commuters, and event attendees. It's designed as a versatile mid-layer—fantastic under a ski jacket or work coat. If you're looking for a heavy, stand-alone winter coat, this may not meet that need.

Question 5

What if I have an issue with the heating elements or battery?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product with a comprehensive warranty. If you experience any malfunction with the heating zones or battery, please contact our customer support team immediately via your order platform. We'll troubleshoot and, if needed, facilitate a replacement. While most units are reliable, we've heard the occasional concern about durability and are committed to making it right for every customer.
