Question 1

Are these pillows really the same as what hotels use, or is that just marketing?

Accepted Answer

Many TikTok users and reviewers confirm they deliver that initial hotel-style softness and breathability right out of the box. They're designed to match the plush feel and Oeko-Tex certification you'd find in mid-range hospitality. Just keep in mind—hotels replace their pillows frequently, so yours may soften or lose some loft after a few months of nightly use. For the price of a two-pack, most find the experience authentic enough.

Question 2

I noticed the size is 50 x 70 cm—will this fit my standard pillowcases?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a standard European pillow size. However, some buyers on Reddit mentioned they expected a larger "queen" fit, so double-check your cases. If your covers are designed for 50 x 70 cm, these will slide in perfectly. If you're used to bigger pillows, measure first to avoid a snug surprise.

Question 3

I have allergies—are these truly hypoallergenic?

Accepted Answer

The pillows are Oeko-Tex certified and made with hypoallergenic materials, meaning they're tested for harmful substances and resist common allergens like dust mites and mold. That said, a few users with severe sinus issues reported mild reactions—so if you're highly sensitive, consider using an allergen-proof pillow protector as an extra layer.

Question 4

How do I wash them without them turning lumpy?

Accepted Answer

They're machine washable, but drying them properly is key. Several customer reviews noted that the filling can clump if you just toss them in the dryer on high heat. Wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then tumble dry on low with a couple of tennis balls or dryer balls to help break up clumps. Fluff them periodically as they dry, and they'll bounce back much better.

Question 5

What if I buy them and they're too soft or firm for my sleeping style?

Accepted Answer

These pillows are soft and plush, which side sleepers especially love. Stomach and back sleepers sometimes find them a bit too lofty. Most buyers who aren't happy mention they wish they'd chosen a firmer option. Check the return policy before purchasing—many online retailers offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so you can test them risk-free. If you're unsure, think about how you sleep and whether you prefer a sink-in feel or more support.
