Question 1

Will these sheets fit my deep mattress or mattress with a topper?

Accepted Answer

The fitted sheet is designed for standard mattress depths. If your mattress (including any topper) is over 12 inches thick, you may find the corners come loose. Many Reddit users with thick mattress toppers recommend looking for sheets specifically labeled "deep pocket" for a more secure fit.

Question 2

Are these sheets truly "cooling," and are they good for hot sleepers?

Accepted Answer

These sheets are highly breathable and moisture-wicking, which most users find provides a cooler sleep compared to traditional cotton. However, if you are an extremely hot sleeper (e.g., experiencing night sweats), it's important to know that feedback is mixed. Some TikTok reviewers note they feel "breathable but not actively cooling," suggesting those with severe temperature regulation issues might prefer Tencel or linen.

Question 3

How durable are they? Will they pill or lose softness after washing?

Accepted Answer

The 100% viscose from bamboo fabric is celebrated for its initial silky-soft feel. To maintain it, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. While many users enjoy them long-term, some report pilling after several months in high-wear areas. This is common with very soft fabrics, and using a fabric shaver can easily restore the surface.

Question 4

I have sensitive skin. Are these sheets a good choice?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is one of the most frequently mentioned benefits in customer reviews. The bamboo-derived viscose is naturally smooth, hypoallergenic, and free from harsh chemicals, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin or allergies who find other fabrics irritating.

Question 5

What is your return policy if I don't like the sheets?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for unused items. Please note that shipping and delivery times for both receipt and returns can vary. Based on social media feedback, we acknowledge some customers have experienced delays in customer service responses. We are actively working to improve this process and appreciate your patience as we streamline our support.
