Question 1

How long does it typically take to see a reduction in hair fall and new growth?

Accepted Answer

Based on numerous user reports, most people start noticing a decrease in hair fall within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent, twice-daily application. Visible new baby hairs, particularly along the hairline, often appear after 2-3 months. Patience and consistency are key, as this is a treatment that works gradually with your hair's natural growth cycle.

Question 2

I've heard about an initial "shedding phase." Is this normal, and should I be concerned?

Accepted Answer

Yes, some users do report a temporary increase in shedding during the first 2-3 weeks. This is often described as the scalp "purging" weak, telogen-phase hairs to make way for new, stronger growth. If you experience this, it's generally advised to continue using the serum as directed. However, if excessive shedding persists beyond a month, it's best to consult a dermatologist.

Question 3

Is the serum truly non-greasy, and does it have a strong smell?

Accepted Answer

The serum is water-based and absorbs quickly, which most reviewers—especially on TikTok—praise for leaving no greasy residue, allowing for daytime use. However, it does have a distinct, potent herbal aroma due to its authentic ayurvedic ingredients like Bringharaj. The smell does fade after application, but if you are very sensitive to scents, this is a factor to consider.

Question 4

Can I use Indulekha Bringha Serum with minoxidil or other hair oils?

Accepted Answer

We do not recommend combining it with minoxidil or other active topical treatments without consulting a doctor, as interactions are unknown. For those who love using hair oils, a common routine mentioned in reviews is to apply the serum first, let it absorb, and then use a light oil like coconut or almond oil on the hair lengths only, avoiding the scalp where the serum is applied.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the serum doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and encourage you to use the serum consistently for at least 90-120 days to fairly assess results, as hair growth is a slow process. Please check the specific return and refund policy on the product page at the time of purchase, as terms are governed by the marketplace (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.) from which you buy. Many users suggest purchasing from platforms with customer-friendly return windows if you're trying it for the first time.
