Question 1

Is the RTX 5060 in this PC the full desktop version or a mobile/laptop GPU?

Accepted Answer

This system uses the efficient NVIDIA RTX 5060 Mobile GPU. It's expertly integrated into the mini-ITX design to deliver excellent 1080p gaming performance while keeping the PC incredibly compact. Think of it as getting laptop-grade graphics power in a sleek, stationary box—perfect for high settings in most games, but distinct from a larger desktop graphics card.

Question 2

How are the noise levels and cooling in such a small case?

Accepted Answer

The 5.6L chassis is designed for efficient airflow, but like any high-performance mini-PC, the fans will become audible under heavy gaming loads. Many users on forums like Reddit note it's comparable to a gaming laptop's fan noise. For quiet environments, using a headset is recommended during intense sessions. For everyday use and lighter games, it remains relatively quiet.

Question 3

Can I upgrade the graphics card or other components later on?

Accepted Answer

Due to its ultra-compact, bespoke design, the upgrade path is limited. The power supply and case are custom-sized, meaning future GPU upgrades are not feasible. However, the included 1TB SSD and 16GB of RAM are excellent starting points. This PC is best purchased as a complete, long-term solution rather than a foundation for future tinkering.

Question 4

Who is this mini gaming PC best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's ideal for gamers and professionals who value saving space above all else—think dorm rooms, small apartments, or as a sleek living room PC. It's also a great "plug-and-play" system for those who don't want to build a PC themselves. If your top priorities are maximum upgradability or the absolute highest frame rates at 1440p, a larger system might be a better fit.

Question 5

What is the warranty and after-sales support like?

Accepted Answer

The standard warranty is one year for parts and labor. Support is handled directly by the seller/manufacturer. We recommend registering your product upon arrival. While most units are reliable, some YouTube reviewers suggest documenting your unboxing. For any issues, our customer service team will help facilitate contact with the support channel to ensure you're taken care of.
