Question 1

Should I order my usual size, or size down for a better fit?

Accepted Answer

Based on feedback from thousands of customers, we generally recommend sizing down for a more standard, tailored fit. Many reviewers found their usual size to be quite roomy. If you prefer an oversized, relaxed look, your regular size should be perfect. For reference, a common sentiment in reviews is, "I'm usually a Large, but the Medium fits me perfectly."

Question 2

Is this sweater warm enough for winter, or is it more of a lightweight layer?

Accepted Answer

This cardigan is a versatile mid-weight layer. It's crafted from a cozy wool blend that's ideal for cool fall days, spring evenings, or layering under a coat in winter. While incredibly comfortable, some social media users have noted it's not an ultra-heavy, chunky winter knit—think of it as your perfect go-to for stylish warmth in milder cold or indoors.

Question 3

How does the material hold up after washing? Does it pill or shrink?

Accepted Answer

To maintain its quality, we always recommend following the care label: hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. When cared for properly, it remains soft and holds its shape well. Some normal pilling may occur with wear, which is common with many knit fabrics and can be easily managed with a fabric shaver. Avoiding machine washing and drying is key to ensuring long-term durability.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the sweater doesn't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We offer a straightforward return policy within a specified window (typically 30 days) for unworn items with tags attached. We understand sizing can be tricky, so we encourage you to check our detailed size chart and reviewer feedback. If it's not right, our customer service team is here to help with easy returns or exchanges.

Question 5

Who is this cardigan best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This sweater is a hit for anyone seeking comfort and style! It's particularly popular as a gift and is perfect for men who appreciate a smart-casual look for work-from-home days, weekend outings, or relaxed social gatherings. If you value a soft, cozy feel and a versatile design that dresses up a t-shirt or down a button-up, you'll likely love it.
