Question 1

Is the watch truly compatible with my cellular network, and what type of SIM card do I need?

Accepted Answer

The watch requires an active, unlocked nano-SIM card with data and calling capabilities. It works best with major carriers (like T-Mobile, AT&T, and their MVNOs). A common tip from users is to use a standalone "wearable" or "data-only" plan. We recommend checking with your carrier for compatible IoT/M2M plans, as standard phone plans can sometimes cause issues. Our support team can provide general APN settings to help with setup.

Question 2

How durable and waterproof is it for daily kid use?

Accepted Answer

The watch is rated IP67 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief submersion, but it's not designed for swimming. Based on user feedback, the screen can scratch, so many parents recommend applying a cheap screen protector. The silicone strap is comfortable, but for very active kids, ensuring a snug fit helps prevent snagging.

Question 3

What's the real-world battery life, especially with GPS tracking on?

Accepted Answer

With moderate use (a few calls and periodic location checks), you can expect 1-2 days. However, as noted in several online reviews, using continuous real-time tracking will significantly reduce battery life, potentially to under a day. For most families, charging it nightly during homework or bath time becomes part of the routine.

Question 4

How responsive and helpful is the customer support if I run into problems?

Accepted Answer

Our customer support team receives consistent praise in reviews for being helpful and patient, especially with setup guidance. They are available via email and chat. For the fastest resolution, having your order details and carrier information ready is a great help. Many TikTok users have mentioned that persistence in explaining the issue leads to a helpful solution.

Question 5

Is this a good gift for a young child (ages 4-6), or is it better for older kids?

Accepted Answer

While the features are appealing, the watch face is relatively large. Parents of younger children often mention it can be bulky on small wrists. It's generally an excellent fit for responsible kids ages 7-12 who are starting to have more independence. For a 4-6 year old, the primary value is in the SOS button and two-way calling, but durability and fit should be carefully considered.
