Question 1

Is the "medium-firm" feel suitable for side sleepers and couples?

Accepted Answer

It's ideal for combination sleepers and couples! The hybrid design provides a supportive core that most back and stomach sleepers love. While many side sleepers find the pressure relief perfect, those who exclusively sleep on their side and prefer a ultra-plush "sinking in" feel might find it firmer than expected. For couples, the motion isolation is a standout feature—frequently praised on social media for ensuring one partner's movement doesn't disturb the other.

Question 2

How long does it take to set up and fully expand, and is there a smell?

Accepted Answer

Setup is straightforward but can be a two-person job due to the weight. Unroll, cut the plastic, and let it expand. While you can sleep on it after 4-6 hours, it may take 24-72 hours to reach its full shape and firmness. A temporary off-gassing smell is common with bed-in-a-box mattresses; it's not harmful and typically dissipates within a few days with good ventilation.

Question 3

How does the cooling feature work, and will I sleep hot?

Accepted Answer

This mattress combats heat with a breathable cover and a memory foam layer designed for airflow, preventing the traditional "heat trap" feel. The pocket springs also allow for air circulation. Most hot sleepers in reviews report a significant improvement, calling it "cool and comfortable." It's not an active cooling system, but a well-regarded design for temperature neutrality.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the mattress isn't right for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a risk-free trial period (typically 100 nights). If you're not satisfied, contact our customer service team to initiate a hassle-free return and full refund. Please note we recommend giving the mattress at least 30 nights for your body to adjust. For warranty claims related to manufacturing defects, you'll need your original order information.

Question 5

Will this mattress work on my existing bed frame or base?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's compatible with most standard foundations: a solid/platform base, slatted base (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), or an adjustable base. It is not designed for use on the floor or a box spring, as both can hinder airflow and support. Ensuring proper foundation support is key to the mattress's durability and performance.
