Question 1

I’ve seen mixed reviews about the fit. How do I choose the right size, and is it comfortable for longer sessions?

Accepted Answer

Getting the right fit is key for comfort and effectiveness. We recommend measuring your face from hairline to chin. The S/M size suits most faces up to about 8.5 inches, while the L is better for those above. A common note from users: if you have a particularly round or wide face, the L might still feel snug at the temples. For comfort, the mask is lightweight and the straps are adjustable, but as some Reddit users mention, it's not very breathable. We suggest starting with 10-minute sessions to acclimate and using the mask in a cool, relaxed setting to prevent sweat buildup.

Question 2

How durable is the mask, and what if it stops working?

Accepted Answer

The mask is designed for daily home use with a robust 4000mAh battery. However, like any electronic device, longevity depends on care. Avoid bending the panels or getting them wet. It comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. If you experience issues, please contact our customer support team directly via your order platform with your details. We’ve streamlined this process based on earlier feedback to ensure a prompt response and resolution.

Question 3

Is this mask FDA-cleared, and what kind of results can I realistically expect?

Accepted Answer

This device is FDA-*registered* as a cosmetic skincare device, meaning its manufacturing facility meets FDA standards. It is not FDA-*cleared* to treat specific medical conditions. Managing expectations is important! As many honest reviewers note, this is a maintenance tool, not a quick fix. Most users report noticing a brighter complexion and improved skin texture with consistent use (typically 5-7 times a week for 4-6 weeks). For severe acne or deep wrinkles, professional-grade devices or clinical treatments may be more effective.

Question 4

Can I use my own serums or creams under the mask, and how do I clean it?

Accepted Answer

For safety and to keep your mask clean, please apply your skincare *before* using the mask. Let any serums or creams fully absorb into your skin first. Using products directly against the LED lenses can cause residue buildup and damage. To clean, simply wipe the inner silicone surface and eye pads with a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Never submerge the mask in water or use harsh chemicals.

Question 5

Who is this mask the best fit for, and who might want to consider other options?

Accepted Answer

This mask is an excellent gift or starting point for anyone curious about red light therapy, especially those targeting general skin brightness, mild texture issues, or seeking a relaxing addition to their routine. It's also great for gifting. Based on social feedback, individuals with larger face shapes may find the fit challenging, and those seeking dramatic results for severe conditions might be disappointed. If build quality and clinical-grade power are your top priorities, investing in a higher-end professional brand could be a better long-term fit.
