Question 1

Does the vibrating device hold up over time, and what if it stops working?

Accepted Answer

The majority of users love the soothing vibration, but a small number have reported the device ceasing to function. To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend handling the device with care, keeping it dry, and using only the provided charger. The device is covered under our standard warranty—please contact our customer support team immediately if you experience any issues.

Question 2

Is the collagen in this cream actually effective?

Accepted Answer

This cream contains hydrolyzed collagen, a form broken down for better skin absorption, along with other nourishing peptides. While topical collagen can provide excellent hydration and support skin's appearance, many skincare experts note it works best as part of a formulation. Think of it as a key player in a team: it helps to moisturize, plump, and support your skin's texture for a smoother look, which is why so many reviewers mention its firming and nourishing feel.

Question 3

I have sensitive skin and wear contact lenses. Is this eye cream suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many users with sensitive skin have praised its lightweight, non-greasy formula for being gentle and non-irritating. The cream is fragrance-free and fast-absorbing. As with any new product, we advise doing a patch test first. For contact lens wearers, it's best to apply the cream before inserting your lenses to avoid any potential transfer.

Question 4

How long does a 20ml jar typically last, and is it good value?

Accepted Answer

With twice-daily use, one jar lasts approximately 4-6 weeks. Value perception varies: if you're primarily seeking a high-tech device for anti-aging, you might find better options. However, if you value a luxurious, hygienic application experience with a cream that effectively depuffs, hydrates, and brightens—as highlighted in numerous TikTok and YouTube reviews—most customers find it to be a worthwhile investment in their skincare ritual.

Question 5

What's the main benefit of the vibrating tool versus using my fingers?

Accepted Answer

The vibration isn't just a gimmick! Based on social media feedback, the key benefits are: 1) Enhanced Absorption: The gentle motion may help product penetrate more effectively. 2) Immediate Depuffing & Cooling: The massage action promotes circulation, reducing morning puffiness for a more awake look—a benefit raved about in reviews. 3) Hygiene & Experience: It's more sanitary than using fingers and turns application into a relaxing, spa-like moment.
