Question 1

Is this cream strong enough for noticeable anti-aging results, or is it better as a beginner retinol?

Accepted Answer

Many users find it works well as an introductory retinol—gentle enough for nightly use without major irritation, especially for normal to dry skin. Experienced retinol users on Reddit note it’s more of a hydrating moisturizer with a mild retinol boost, so if you’re looking for dramatic wrinkle reduction, you might want to pair it with a separate serum. For first-timers, it’s a safe and affordable starting point that many TikTok reviewers call “a solid first step into anti-aging.”

Question 2

I have sensitive skin—will this cause breakouts or redness?

Accepted Answer

Feedback is mixed here. Some sensitive-skin users tolerate it well, thanks to the soothing ingredients like aloe and vitamin E. However, a number of reviews mention breakouts and irritation, particularly for those with oily or acne-prone skin. The cream has a noticeable scent, which can also be a trigger. We recommend doing a patch test on your jawline or neck first. If you’re prone to reactions, many YouTube reviewers suggest starting with just two nights per week.

Question 3

Can I wear this under makeup during the day, or is it strictly a night cream?

Accepted Answer

While the product is labeled as a night cream, you *can* use it during the day—but be prepared for a heavier feel. Several buyers on TikTok and Reddit mentioned it leaves a slightly greasy finish that doesn’t layer well under foundation or sunscreen. For daytime, a lighter application or a matte primer can help. Most users simply stick to applying it at night to avoid that “oily film” look and to let the retinol work without sunlight interference.

Question 4

How long does one jar last, and does the cream expire or separate before you finish it?

Accepted Answer

Most users report one jar lasting about 2–3 months with nightly use. A few reviewers noted the cream thickened or separated toward the bottom of the jar, likely due to the open-air packaging. To keep it fresh, always use a clean spatula and store it in a cool, dry place away from humidity. If you prefer a more hygienic option, some Reddit threads suggest transferring a small amount into a separate container.

Question 5

What’s the return policy if this doesn’t work for my skin?

Accepted Answer

LilyAna Naturals offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, and many buyers have successfully returned opened jars. Still, some customers on social media mentioned delays in refund processing, so it’s a good idea to contact customer service directly if you don’t see a response within a week. To be safe, keep your order confirmation and take a photo of the jar before discarding it.
