Question 1

The reviews mention a strong taste. How can I make it easier to take?

Accepted Answer

This is the most common piece of user-shared advice! The taste is distinctly bitter and salty. To mask it effectively, most users recommend mixing your dose into at least 4-6 ounces of water and adding a strong splash of citrus juice (like lemon or lime), or stirring it into a small glass of tart cherry juice or a flavored electrolyte drink. Taking it quickly as a "shot" followed by a flavored chaser also works for many.

Question 2

I'm new to magnesium. How should I start to avoid stomach issues?

Accepted Answer

This is crucial. We and many experienced users strongly suggest starting with a much smaller dose than the label suggests—as little as 1/4 or 1/2 of a dropper (roughly 10-20 drops). This allows your body to adjust and helps you avoid the strong laxative effect that some experience. You can gradually increase every few days as tolerated to find your personal "sweet spot" for benefits without discomfort.

Question 3

Is this form of magnesium better for sleep and anxiety than other types like glycinate?

Accepted Answer

Magnesium chloride is highly bioavailable and many users report excellent results for relaxation and sleep. However, "better" is personal. Based on social media discussions, users who prioritize mental calm and have sensitive stomachs often prefer magnesium glycinate, as it's known for being gentle and specifically supportive for anxiety. Our liquid magnesium chloride is often praised for its *fast-acting* physical relaxation and muscle relief. If your primary goal is easing cramps or physical tension, this is a great choice.

Question 4

Can you explain the "ionic" claim and if the glass bottle is recyclable?

Accepted Answer

"Ionic" simply means the magnesium is in a form that's dissolved in water, making it readily absorbable by your digestive tract. The glass bottle is fully recyclable (please rinse it out!), and we use it to protect the purity of the formula, as plastic can sometimes interact with minerals. We include a recyclable dropper for precise dosing.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for me or I react poorly to it?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We also encourage you to review the dosing advice in Q2, as starting low and slow makes a significant difference for most people.
