Question 1

Will the magnets work through my phone case?

Accepted Answer

The magnets are strong, but performance depends on your case. They work perfectly with official MagSafe cases or very thin, magnetic-compatible third-party cases. As noted in many reviews, thicker cases (especially those with card slots or rugged designs) will significantly weaken the magnetic hold. We recommend a MagSafe-certified case for the best experience.

Question 2

What power adapter do I need to get the full 15W fast charging speed?

Accepted Answer

To achieve the maximum 15W charging, you need a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) adapter that outputs at least 20W. Using an older or lower-wattage adapter (like a standard 5W or 12W USB-A block) will result in slower charging speeds, typically 7.5W. This is a common point of confusion, so double-check your adapter!

Question 3

What does "Qi2 Ready" mean for this charger?

Accepted Answer

"Qi2 Ready" indicates the charger's design is compatible with the upcoming Qi2 standard, which features stronger magnetic alignment. However, it does not currently charge at the faster Qi2 speeds. It operates at the current Qi standard, with a maximum of 15W for compatible iPhones. Think of it as future-proofed for magnetic alignment, but not for next-generation speed until the standard is fully ratified and implemented.

Question 4

I've read chargers can get warm. Is this normal or a safety concern?

Accepted Answer

Some warmth during operation, especially during fast charging, is normal for wireless chargers and noted in user feedback. Our charger has built-in safeguards against overheating. However, if it becomes uncomfortably hot to the touch, we recommend discontinuing use, ensuring it's on a hard, flat surface (not a blanket), and contacting our support team.

Question 5

Who is this 3-pack best suited for, and what's the warranty?

Accepted Answer

This pack is ideal for users who want convenient charging stations in multiple locations—like your home desk, office, and travel bag—without buying separate units. It's perfect for iPhone users with MagSafe-compatible cases and AirPods owners. The product comes with an 18-month warranty, and our support team is known for being responsive to any issues covered under the warranty terms.
