Question 1

Is the 110” width accurate, and will it fit through a standard doorway?

Accepted Answer

The 110” measurement is correct—but here’s the catch: because the sofa is a single “no assembly” piece, the box is roughly 55” x 40” x 35”. Many customers share on TikTok that it won’t fit through narrow apartment doors or tight hallways without angling the box. We recommend measuring your door frame (height and width) before purchase, and checking for any sharp corners in your hallway.

Question 2

How does the “boneless” design hold up after daily use? Does it sag like a beanbag?

Accepted Answer

Good question. The “boneless” concept means the foam is softer and less structured than traditional sofas—think of it as a very supportive beanbag initially. Online reviews show mixed long-term results: many users love the cloud-like feel for lounging, but others report noticeable sagging in the chaise section within 2–3 months of daily use. To maximize lifespan, fluff the cushions weekly (shake and rotate) and avoid sitting on the exact same spot. If you prefer firm seating, this may not be your best choice.

Question 3

I’m 5’2”—will my feet touch the floor when sitting normally on this couch?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase concern. The seat depth is roughly 26”, which is considered “deep seat” design. At 5’2”, you’ll likely find that your legs extend straight out when sitting back, and your feet won’t fully touch the floor unless you sit on the edge. Taller users (over 5’9”) enjoy this for lounging, but shorter individuals sometimes add back pillows or use the chaise section for better support. Try sitting on a chair with a 26” seat depth first to get a feel.

Question 4

Do the covers come off for cleaning, and how do you prevent pilling?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the covers are removable and machine-washable (cold, gentle cycle, then air dry). However, be aware that many customers on Reddit mention that washing causes the fabric to pill or lose its fluffy texture over time. To minimize pilling: wash infrequently, spot clean stains with a damp cloth and mild soap, and use a fabric shaver for fluffing. Pets and friction from daily use will accelerate wear—some owners recommend adding a throw blanket over high-contact areas.

Question 5

What happens if I want to return it—is the process as easy as the “no assembly” promise?

Accepted Answer

Returns are available within 30 days of delivery, but there are a few details you should know. The return requires that you fully re-package the sofa in its original box (which can be very difficult due to size). Many users report that customer support first offers a partial refund or discount to avoid a full return. To make the process smoother: keep the original packaging for at least 45 days, take photos of any defects immediately, and expect response times of 3–7 days. Some shoppers find that selling the couch locally is easier than shipping it back.
