Question 1

How does the sizing run? Should I order a size up?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, this dress tends to run small, particularly in the bust and waist. We strongly recommend consulting our detailed size chart (in inches/cm) and comparing it to your measurements. If you are between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, ordering one size up is a common and successful strategy. Many TikTok reviewers have mentioned this was key to getting the perfect fit.

Question 2

What is the dress made of, and is it comfortable for a long event?

Accepted Answer

The dress is crafted from a polyester blend chiffon and tulle for the layered skirt, with a synthetic lining. It's designed for visual impact and is generally reported to be comfortable. However, as with many detailed formal dresses, the beaded vest and multiple layers mean it has some weight. For all-night comfort, several buyers suggest wearing it for a short time at home to get used to the fit and feel before the big day.

Question 3

I have an event soon. How long will shipping really take?

Accepted Answer

While we provide estimated delivery windows, shipping times can vary. Most orders in the US arrive within 2-3 weeks, but international shipping or customs can sometimes cause delays. We've seen social media comments from customers who experienced both faster and slower delivery. For a crucial event like a quinceañera, we highly recommend placing your order as early as possible to account for any unforeseen transit time and potential alterations.

Question 4

Are the tassels and bow secure? What is your return policy if something isn't right?

Accepted Answer

The tassels are sewn on, and the large back bow is detachable, allowing for styling versatility. While the construction is good for the price, the details are delicate—handling with care is advised. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt for items in new, unworn condition. Please review our full policy on the product page for details. If you receive a dress with a manufacturing flaw, please contact our customer support immediately for assistance.

Question 5

Who is this dress best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This dress is a perfect match for someone looking for a stunning, photo-ready gown for a special one-time occasion like a quinceañera, Sweet 16, or prom without a boutique price tag. It's ideal for planners who can order in advance for potential sizing adjustments. If you prioritize heirloom-quality construction or need a garment for multiple wears, you might prefer exploring alternatives from specialized formalwear brands.
