Question 1

Do Mejale slip-on moccasins run true to size, or should I size up?

Accepted Answer

Most families report true-to-size today, but if your child is between sizes or has a wider foot, it’s smart to size up. Measure your child’s foot and use the size chart for best accuracy. As one TikTok reviewer noted, “between sizes? go up—better toe room for growing feet.”

Question 2

Are these comfortable for early walkers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The soft leather and flexible sole feel gentle on little feet, and the elastic band helps keep the shoe in place without fuss. Parents love the easy on/off and how the shoes stay secure with socks.

Question 3

How durable are they, and can they be worn outdoors?

Accepted Answer

They’re built for indoor use and light outdoor wear, with a durable soft leather upper. The elastic helps with security, but the sole isn’t rugged for rough outdoor terrain. For rough ground, you may prefer a more protective shoe.

Question 4

How should I care for them?

Accepted Answer

Wipe with a damp cloth, then air-dry. Avoid machine washing. If needed, apply a light leather conditioner occasionally to keep the leather supple and scuff-resistant.

Question 5

What about shipping, returns, and value for money?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is quick, and returns are typically accepted within a stated window (often with free returns in many regions). Many buyers feel the comfort and on/off convenience make them worth the investment, though batch color differences can occur, so colors may vary slightly from photos. If you’re unsure, read the size chart and consider ordering more than one size in cases of between-sizes.
