Question 1

Is this kit truly suitable for a complete beginner?

Accepted Answer

While marketed as beginner-friendly, user experiences vary. Many TikTok and Reddit users who are new to lash lifts recommend watching several video tutorials *before* starting, as the included instructions can be minimal. The kit is complete, but achieving consistent, salon-like results often requires patience and a careful first attempt. If you're a detail-oriented DIYer willing to learn, it's a great start. If you want guaranteed perfect results immediately, a professional appointment might be better for your first experience.

Question 2

I've seen comments about the adhesive not being strong enough. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point of feedback. Some users find the included adhesive works perfectly, while others (especially in more humid environments or with oilier lids) report it doesn't hold the lashes securely. If you encounter this, many reviewers on beauty forums successfully use a separate, stronger lash lift adhesive available from other beauty suppliers. Always do a patch test with any new product.

Question 3

How many treatments can I get from one kit, and how long do the results last?

Accepted Answer

One kit typically contains enough solution for 4-6 full lash or brow treatments, depending on application. The solutions have a best-use period after opening, so we recommend using them within 3-4 months for optimal potency. When applied correctly, users report beautiful lifts that last 6 to 8 weeks, which is the standard lifespan of your natural lash growth cycle.

Question 4

Is the MELLUCCI kit safe for sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers?

Accepted Answer

The formulas are developed to be gentle and effective. However, as with any chemical treatment near the eyes, we strongly advise performing a patch test 24-48 hours before a full application. Contact lenses should always be removed prior to the treatment. Many users with sensitive eyes report no issues, but if you have a known history of reactions to perming solutions or adhesives, extra caution is recommended.

Question 5

What's the main difference between the results a beginner gets vs. a professional?

Accepted Answer

The key difference is often consistency and technique. Professionals praise the kit for delivering genuine salon-quality results because they have mastered the application. Beginners sometimes report one eye looking perfect while the other is over- or under-processed. The most common tips from successful users are: take your time with sectioning and placement, follow timing guides strictly based on your lash texture (fine vs. coarse), and ensure the lashes are securely adhered to the pad. Practice significantly improves the outcome.
