Question 1

Does this base layer run true to size, or should I order a size down?

Accepted Answer

The fit is designed for layering and comfort, so many customers find it runs slightly large, especially in the torso. Based on numerous reviews, if you prefer a snug, athletic fit for high-output activities, sizing down is a common recommendation. For a standard, comfortable fit perfect for casual wear or under bulkier layers, your regular size should work well.

Question 2

How does the durability hold up, especially with pilling?

Accepted Answer

Made from high-quality merino wool, this set is built for durability. However, like all natural wool garments, some pilling in high-friction areas (like underarms) can occur over time with frequent use. This is normal and doesn't affect performance. To minimize pilling, we recommend following the care instructions: wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and avoid drying with rough materials like cotton towels.

Question 3

Is it really machine washable, or will I ruin it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's machine washable! Convenience is key. Simply turn the garments inside out, use cold water on a gentle or wool cycle, and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. The most common tip from long-term users is to air dry flat for best shape retention, though tumble drying on low heat is also acceptable.

Question 4

Who is this base layer set best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This set is a fantastic all-rounder for anyone needing reliable temperature regulation. It's especially praised by winter sports enthusiasts (skiers, snowboarders), hikers, hunters, and for everyday cold-weather comfort. Reviews from TikTok and outdoor forums highlight its excellence as a versatile mid-layer. If you're a professional athlete needing a ultra-skin-tight second-skin fit, you might prefer a brand specializing in athletic cuts.

Question 5

What's your return policy if the fit or performance isn't what I expected?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and offer a straightforward return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Given the sizing feedback we see, we encourage you to try it on carefully upon arrival. Our customer service team is also happy to help with fit advice based on your specific measurements and intended use.
