Question 1

How do I ensure I get the right size? The reviews mention sizing can be tricky.

Accepted Answer

Getting the perfect fit is our top priority! The most common issue is incorrect measurement. Please use a soft tape measure and follow our guide *exactly*: measure the circumference of your head at its widest point (typically across the forehead and around the back). Do not rely on hat size. Many TikTok users who had success emphasized measuring twice and comparing it directly to our detailed centimeter chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Question 2

Is the mask comfortable and breathable for longer events, like a convention or a night out?

Accepted Answer

The silicone is very soft and skin-friendly, making it comfortable for short to medium wear. However, as noted in several YouTube reviews, it is a full-head mask, so breathability is limited. For extended wear (over 1-2 hours), it can get warm and stuffy. We suggest taking short breaks if possible. It's fantastic for photoshoots, performances, and parties, but may not be ideal for all-day, high-activity events without ventilation periods.

Question 3

I wear glasses. Can I use them with this mask, and will it fog up?

Accepted Answer

You can wear glasses underneath, but it requires some adjustment. The mask's eyeholes may press the frames against your face. To prevent fogging—a common issue mentioned by users—we recommend using an anti-fog spray on your lenses before putting the mask on. Some cosplayers on Reddit also recommend carefully stretching the eye openings slightly while the mask is off your face to create a bit more space for your frames.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the mask doesn't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely happy. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or altered masks. However, if your item arrives damaged or is the incorrect size based on your provided measurements, please contact our support team with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving any genuine issues with replacements or store credit. We encourage careful measurement before ordering to avoid disappointment.

Question 5

Who is this mask best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This hand-made silicone mask is a hit within specific communities! It's a fantastic, value-driven option for drag performers needing a bold transformation, cosplayers creating a character look, theater groups sourcing costumes, and individuals exploring costume or presentation styles. It's praised for its realistic appearance in photos and on stage. It's less suited for those seeking a hyper-realistic, seamless "second skin" for daily use or for users unwilling to potentially adjust the fit around the eyes and nose for optimal comfort.
