Question 1

Is the walking belt too narrow for taller or broader users?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point mentioned in reviews. The belt is designed for compactness and works perfectly for most users at a walking pace. However, if you are over 6 feet tall or have a particularly broad stance, you may find it restrictive for a natural, arms-swinging walk. We recommend checking the exact belt dimensions against your stride. For running or a wider gait, a full-sized treadmill would be more suitable.

Question 2

How does the "incline" feature actually work? Is it automatic?

Accepted Answer

The incline is manually adjusted, not automatic. To use it, you need to stop the treadmill, lift the front end, and secure it with the provided prop at one of three height settings. Many TikTok and Reddit users have noted this requires a bit of effort. It's great for adding variety to your walks, but if you're looking for a treadmill that electronically changes incline during a workout, this isn't that type of model.

Question 3

Can I really use this for running, or is it just for walking?

Accepted Answer

While it can reach speeds suitable for jogging, its primary design is for walking. The 2.5HP motor and compact frame are optimized for steady, quiet walking under a desk. Users who've tried sustained running often report it can feel unstable or noisy at higher speeds. It's best thought of as a high-quality, powerful *walking pad* that can handle occasional light jogging.

Question 4

How easy is it to set up and connect to the app and my smartwatch?

Accepted Answer

Assembly is straightforward—mainly attaching the handrail—though some online reviews suggest the manual could be clearer. For app connectivity, integration with Mobvoi TicWatch/Wear OS devices is highly praised and usually seamless. Connection to other platforms like Apple Health or Google Fit can sometimes require extra steps in the TicSports app. Most users find it works flawlessly, but a small percentage report occasional sync issues.

Question 5

Who is this treadmill really best for, and who might want to look elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

It's a fantastic fit for home office workers wanting to walk during meetings, apartment dwellers with limited space, and fitness beginners focused on increasing daily steps with smart tracking. It's likely not the best choice if your main goal is serious running, you need a fully automated incline, or you require a very wide belt for a long stride. For those needs, a traditional treadmill is a better investment.
