Question 1

I'm worried about installation, especially doing it alone. How difficult is it really?

Accepted Answer

While the mount is designed for DIY installation, many users on Reddit and YouTube recommend having a helper for the final step of lifting and securing the TV. The process is straightforward with basic tools, but a second pair of hands makes it much safer and less stressful. The instructions are functional, but several video tutorials online can provide a helpful visual guide.

Question 2

Does the kit include all the necessary screws for my TV? What if it doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

The mount includes a comprehensive set of hardware for standard installations, including M4, M6, and M8 screws. However, a common note from reviewers is that some specific TV models (often Samsungs) may require slightly longer M8 screws, which are inexpensive and available at any hardware store. We recommend checking your TV's manual for its exact screw specifications before you begin.

Question 3

The arms look thin in some pictures. Is this mount actually sturdy enough for my expensive TV?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Despite initial concerns some users voice about the arm design, the overwhelming sentiment from over 46,000 reviews confirms its sturdiness. It's constructed from high-grade steel and is rigorously tested to hold up to 99 lbs. Once securely installed into wall studs, it provides a stable, wobble-free experience. The 4.7-star average rating heavily reflects user trust in its durability and performance.

Question 4

What's the biggest mistake people make when buying this mount?

Accepted Answer

The most frequent regret signal is from buyers who purchase it for a television at the absolute maximum of its size *and* weight capacity. For a 65-inch TV that's also very heavy, some users recommend opting for a bracket with a higher weight rating for ultimate peace of mind. Always double-check your TV's exact weight and VESA pattern against the mount's specs (32-65", Max 99lbs, VESA up to 400x400mm).

Question 5

Who is this mount best suited for, and what's the main benefit?

Accepted Answer

This mount is a fantastic value-driven solution for most homeowners and renters with flat-panel TVs between 32 and 65 inches. It's perfect for creating flexible living spaces—allowing you to swivel the TV for better viewing from the kitchen, tilt it to reduce glare, or push it flat against the wall for a clean look. The primary benefit users rave about is gaining full-motion functionality without the premium price tag.
