Question 1

How many pouches do I need, and where should I place them for the best results?

Accepted Answer

For best results, focus on potential entry points and nesting areas. We recommend 1-2 pouches per enclosed space (like a cabinet or RV closet) and spacing them every 8-10 feet in larger open areas like garages or basements. Key spots include near doors, vents, pipes, and corners. Many TikTok users have shared that placing them in attics and crawl spaces first yielded the best deterrent effect.

Question 2

How long does the peppermint scent last, and how will I know when to replace a pouch?

Accepted Answer

The strong, fresh scent typically lasts 4-6 weeks, depending on airflow and temperature. When you can no longer smell the peppermint from a short distance away, it's time to replace the pouch. For continuous protection, a common practice noted in reviews is to mark your calendar for a monthly check. In high-airflow outdoor areas, you may need to replace them more frequently.

Question 3

Is this product safe to use around my pets and children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. These pouches are made with natural peppermint oil, which is generally recognized as safe. However, the pouches themselves should be placed out of reach to prevent pets or children from chewing on or ingesting them. While the scent is strong to rodents, many pet-owner reviews confirm it's not overwhelming in well-ventilated areas and provides peace of mind as a poison-free option.

Question 4

Will this solve an existing rodent infestation in my home?

Accepted Answer

This product is designed primarily as a *deterrent and preventive* measure. If you already have an active nest or a significant infestation, social listening insights show that users have had the most success by first removing the rodents with traps or professional help, *then* using these pouches to protect the cleaned area and prevent re-entry. It's a great follow-up solution.

Question 5

What should I do if the pouches don't seem to be working for my situation?

Accepted Answer

Rodent behavior can vary. First, ensure you're using enough pouches in the right locations (see Q1). If issues persist, it may indicate a more established problem requiring direct removal methods. We stand by our product and offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please contact our customer support within the warranty period, and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot or discuss a solution tailored to your specific setup.
