Question 1

How does this compare to more expensive brands like Liquid IV?

Accepted Answer

Many users on social media choose Nutricost for its exceptional value. While brands like Liquid IV are popular, our Electrolyte Complex offers a comparable electrolyte and vitamin profile at a significantly lower cost per serving. The main differences are that ours uses sucralose as a sweetener and has a more subtle flavor, whereas some premium brands have a stronger, sweeter taste. It's perfect for daily, budget-friendly hydration.

Question 2

Does it mix well, or is it gritty?

Accepted Answer

For best results, we recommend using a shaker bottle or stirring vigorously. Some Reddit users noted it can leave a slight residue if just stirred with a spoon in a glass. Using cold water and a closed container to shake it ensures a smooth, fully dissolved drink every time.

Question 3

I avoid artificial sweeteners. Is this suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

This product is sweetened with sucralose (Splenda). If you are sensitive to or avoid artificial sweeteners, this may not be the best fit for you. A common sentiment in reviews is a wish for a stevia-only option. For a clean electrolyte powder without sucralose, you might explore brands like LMNT or Ultima.

Question 4

Is this effective for use during a fasting window?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's a popular choice for fasters! With zero calories and no added sugar, it won't break a fast. Many TikTok and Reddit users specifically mention using it to maintain electrolyte balance during intermittent or extended fasting. As with any supplement, listen to your body, and some suggest starting with half a scoop to assess tolerance.

Question 5

What's your return policy if I don't like the flavor?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product and want you to be satisfied. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team directly through your account or the contact information on our website. We'll work with you to find a solution. Pro tip: Based on over 1,700 reviews, Fruit Punch and Watermelon are consistently the most-loved flavors.
