Question 1

Does this robe run true to size, or should I order a different size?

Accepted Answer

Based on thousands of reviews, the consensus is that it runs generously, especially in the body and sleeve length. Many customers, particularly those between sizes or preferring a snugger fit, recommend sizing down. If you prefer a roomy, oversized feel for maximum comfort, your regular size should be perfect.

Question 2

Is the material durable, or will it start to pill after washing?

Accepted Answer

The fleece is celebrated for its incredible initial softness. To maintain it, proper care is key. While some pilling can occur over time with frequent washing (a common trait for plush fleece), you can minimize it by washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying. Many TikTok users mention this routine helps keep the robe looking plush longer.

Question 3

How warm and thick is this robe? Who is it best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's a mid-weight, warm fleece robe ideal for year-round indoor use—perfect for after a shower, lazy weekends, or working from home. It's a hit with students, parents, and anyone who values cozy comfort. If you're looking for an ultra-thin summer robe or a heavy winter coat-alternative for unheated spaces, this might not be the perfect match.

Question 4

I've read about shrinkage. How do I wash it to avoid this?

Accepted Answer

To prevent shrinkage, we strongly recommend following the care label: machine wash cold and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. High heat is the main culprit for shrinkage. A common piece of advice from Reddit threads is to take it out of the dryer while it's still slightly damp to finish air drying, which helps preserve both the size and the soft texture.

Question 5

What if the size doesn't fit or I'm not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. The product is backed by a standard return policy. If the size isn't right or you're not satisfied, you can initiate a return through your order account for a refund. Given the sizing feedback, we encourage you to consider the fit notes above when ordering to get it right the first time!
