Question 1

Does this oil have a strong, pure frankincense scent?

Accepted Answer

The scent is a subtle, well-blended fusion of frankincense with other natural plant oils, creating a light, calming "spa-like" aroma. If you're looking for an intense, singular frankincense fragrance for potent aromatherapy, this may be too mild. Many users love it for its relaxing quality, but frankincense purists sometimes wish for a stronger presence.

Question 2

I've heard about pump issues. Is the dispenser reliable?

Accepted Answer

While many bottles function perfectly, a common piece of feedback is that the pump can clog or fail over time. The bottle has a standard screw-top under the pump, so if this happens, you can easily remove the pump and pour the oil. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place to help maintain the pump's function.

Question 3

Will this oil leave my skin feeling greasy or stain my clothes?

Accepted Answer

This is a rich, moisturizing oil designed for deep hydration. It absorbs well for most users, especially on very dry areas, but those with oilier skin or who apply it liberally may notice a longer absorption time. For best results, apply to damp skin and massage in thoroughly. It shouldn't stain if allowed to absorb fully (we suggest waiting 5-10 minutes) before dressing.

Question 4

Is this suitable for use on the face, or is it just for the body?

Accepted Answer

It's formulated as a body oil. While some with very dry skin use it successfully on their face, we don't recommend it for facial use, especially if you have acne-prone or sensitive facial skin. The rich blend is ideal for elbows, knees, legs, and arms. For your face, please consult products specifically designed for facial skincare.

Question 5

Who is this body oil best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This oil is a hit for people seeking intense moisture for dry, rough skin and those who enjoy using a luxurious oil for massage or post-shower hydration. It's also great for anyone who prefers a light, natural scent. It might not be the best fit if you need a fast-absorbing, completely non-greasy lotion or if your primary goal is a strong frankincense aromatherapy experience.
