Question 1

Is this compatible with my iPad and iPadOS version, and what do I need to run Cyratok?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it works with most modern iPad models when the Cyratok app is kept up to date. Make sure your iPadOS version is supported and follow the in-app setup steps. Many TikTok users mentioned that updating the Cyratok app improved stability during events.

Question 2

How portable is it in real life, and what are the size/weight considerations?

Accepted Answer

The unit is designed with a rolling base for easier movement, and most users find it manageable for events. A few reviewers note it’s heavier than expected and may require two people to lift in some situations.

Question 3

What’s included in the package, and is there a built-in printer?

Accepted Answer

The package typically includes the iPad mount, Cyratok software license, RGB ring light, rolling base, and power supply. There’s no built-in printer in this setup, so printing would require a separate printer or service.

Question 4

How reliable is the Cyratok software, and what about connectivity during a live event?

Accepted Answer

The software is generally solid, but some users experience occasional crashes or lag, especially during peak moments. Keeping the app updated and ensuring a stable power or Wi‑Fi setup helps. A few buyers report slower responses from support when issues arise.

Question 5

Warranty, returns, and after-sales support?

Accepted Answer

Warranty and return terms vary by seller. It’s common to see a standard window (e.g., 30 days) with a separate warranty period. Be sure to verify the exact terms before purchase; some buyers mention variable support speed.
