Question 1

Will this trio work on my thick, curly, or high-porosity hair?

Accepted Answer

It can reduce frizz and add softness, but it’s best suited for wavy or normal hair types. Many TikTok users with thick or coarse curls noted the mask felt too light for deep smoothing—they had better luck with richer alternatives. If your hair needs intense moisture, try the mask alone first before committing to the full set.

Question 2

Why is the conditioner bottle (175ml) smaller than the shampoo and mask?

Accepted Answer

This was a common point of confusion among buyers—the conditioner runs out faster, which can throw off the trio’s rhythm. The brand designed it this way assuming you’d use less conditioner per wash, but many users recommend ordering a backup conditioner separately if you wash 3+ times a week.

Question 3

Is the shampoo strong enough to remove buildup or heavy styling products?

Accepted Answer

This is a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo—it won’t produce a big lather. Some Reddit users felt it didn’t clean their scalp thoroughly after dry shampoo or gels. If you use lots of products, consider doing an occasional clarifying wash. For everyday light cleansing, it works well.

Question 4

What does it smell like? I’ve seen mixed reviews on the scent.

Accepted Answer

The natural flaxseed and plant keratin give it an earthy, slightly nutty aroma—not a typical salon perfume. A few YouTube reviewers described it as “herbal” or “salad-like.” If you’re sensitive to strong scents, you might enjoy it; if you prefer floral or sweet fragrances, it may take some getting used to.

Question 5

How long does the set last, and is it good value for money?

Accepted Answer

With 2–3 washes a week, most users get 6–8 weeks from the shampoo and mask, and about 4–5 weeks from the smaller conditioner. For a complete plant-based smoothing system under budget salon prices, buyers generally find it a solid deal—just keep that conditioner shortage in mind.
