Question 1

I'm usually a size Medium. Will the S/M size fit me, or should I size up?

Accepted Answer

The S/M size is designed to fit a wide range, but we recommend checking your actual waist/hip measurement against our detailed size chart (linked on the product page). Many reviewers who are typically a Medium found the S/M perfect, especially in the early postpartum weeks when some swelling is present. If you are at the very top end of the Medium range or between sizes, some users suggest sizing up to the L/XL for more flexibility as your body changes.

Question 2

Is this band comfortable and safe to wear over a fresh C-section incision?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. This is one of the most praised features in reviews. The soft, seamless inner layer provides gentle compression without direct rubbing on sensitive scars. Countless users on platforms like TikTok and Reddit have called it a "lifesaver" for C-section recovery, as it offers crucial support when coughing, moving, or holding your baby. Always follow your doctor's advice, but the design is intended for post-surgical support.

Question 3

How durable is the Velcro? I've seen comments about it losing stickiness.

Accepted Answer

The Velcro is designed for daily use during the recovery period. To maximize its lifespan, we recommend following the care instructions: always fasten the Velcro tabs to the designated "keeper" loop before washing on a gentle, cold cycle and letting it air dry. Some users note that after several months of intense, all-day use, the grip can lessen. For the typical 6-12 week recovery window, most users find the durability perfectly sufficient.

Question 4

I live in a hot climate. Will this make me sweat or feel uncomfortable?

Accepted Answer

The material is supportive and has some breathability, but it is a compression garment. If you are very heat-sensitive or plan to wear it all day in summer, it's good to manage expectations. Many find it comfortable for standard indoor activity. For extended wear in heat, some users suggest wearing a thin cotton tank top underneath and taking short breaks from the band to stay comfortable.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for me? What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be confident in your recovery. We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original packaging. If you've tried it and it's not the right fit or support for you, please contact our customer service team via the Amazon portal or our website. We're here to help!
