Question 1

Is the built-in cable a full-length, retractable cable? What exactly is it?

Accepted Answer

Great question, as this is a common point of clarification. The built-in cable is a short, fixed USB-C stub (approximately 3 inches). It's designed for direct, cable-free connection to phones with a USB-C port (like iPhone 15/16/17, Samsung S23/S24, and most modern Android devices). It is not a retractable or full-length cable. Many users on TikTok and Reddit love this for its "never lose your cable" convenience for quick top-ups, but if you need to charge at a distance, you'll want to use your own USB-C cable in the additional output port.

Question 2

How many full charges can I really get for my iPhone or Samsung phone?

Accepted Answer

With its 10000mAh capacity, you can expect about 1.8 full charges for an iPhone 15 Pro or ~1.5 charges for a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It's perfect for a full day out or a long flight. Note that using the 22.5W fast charging feature does consume the power bank's energy slightly faster, but you'll get a much quicker boost to your phone. For most users, this provides ample power for a full day away from an outlet.

Question 3

What comes in the box? Do I need to buy anything else to use it?

Accepted Answer

The power bank comes with the unit itself and a user manual. It does not include a wall charger or an additional charging cable. To recharge the power bank, you will need your own USB-C wall adapter and a USB-C cable (or you can use the built-in stub if your charger has a USB-C port). This minimalist packaging helps keep it affordable and pocket-sized, as noted in several reviews.

Question 4

Is this durable enough for everyday carry and travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, its compact and sturdy plastic casing is designed for daily use. It's highly praised for its pocket-friendly size. For air travel, its 10000mAh capacity is well under the TSA's 100Wh limit, so it's carry-on approved. Some long-term users suggest treating the fixed cable port with care (avoiding sharp bends) to ensure longevity. It's built for convenience and portability rather than extreme ruggedness.

Question 5

Who is this power bank best suited for, and who might want to look elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

This is an excellent choice for students, commuters, and day-trippers who need a reliable, ultra-portable backup for a single full phone charge. If your top priorities are a slim profile and never searching for a cable, you'll love it. However, frequent travelers needing multiple charges over several days or tech users wanting multiple device charging simultaneously might prefer a higher-capacity power bank with multiple ports from brands like Anker or UGREEN.
