Question 1

Is the 60000mAh capacity real? I've seen complaints about it being exaggerated.

Accepted Answer

Many users find the power bank works well for daily phone top-ups, but the true usable capacity is often lower than advertised due to energy conversion loss and battery cell quality. Several Reddit users estimate it performs closer to 30000–40000mAh in real-world use. It's a solid backup for phones and smaller tablets, but don't count on it fully charging a large tablet or laptop multiple times.

Question 2

Can this power bank fast charge my iPhone or Samsung phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it supports 22.5W fast charging via the USB-C port, which works with iPhone 12-15 series and most recent Samsung Galaxy models. However, a few TikTok reviewers noted that the fast charging only activates with specific cables and power levels. For best results, use the included USB-C cable and ensure your phone supports fast charging. It won't charge at true 22.5W on older devices.

Question 3

How long does it take to fully recharge the power bank itself?

Accepted Answer

Expect around 6–8 hours to fully charge this power bank using a 20W or higher USB-C charger. It does support pass-through charging, so you can charge it and your devices simultaneously, though that will extend the total time. Many buyers recommend overnight charging to avoid frustration.

Question 4

Will this damage my devices or overheat easily?

Accepted Answer

The power bank has built-in surge protection and auto shutoff, but some users report it gets warm during fast charging—especially in hot weather or with multiple devices. It's generally safe for phones and tablets, but avoid covering it while charging or leaving it in direct sun. For laptop charging, we'd recommend a dedicated laptop power bank instead, as this one may struggle.

Question 5

Is this a good value for the price? Or should I buy a different brand?

Accepted Answer

It's a budget-friendly choice for occasional use, especially if you need multiple ports. However, if you're a heavy traveler or need reliable high-speed charging, many tech reviewers suggest spending a bit more on brands like Anker or Aukey for better battery management, durability, and real-world capacity. This one is best for students or casual users who prioritize low cost over premium performance.
