Question 1

How does the sizing run? Should I order my usual size?

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive customer feedback, this kimono jacket tends to run large for a relaxed, flowy fit. Most reviewers recommend sizing down by one size from your usual shirt or jacket size if you prefer a less oversized look. For example, if you typically wear a Large, consider ordering a Medium. Check the specific size chart provided on the product page for the most accurate measurements.

Question 2

Is the material thin or see-through? What's it really like?

Accepted Answer

The fabric is a lightweight, breathable cotton-linen blend designed for warm weather and layering. As many TikTok and YouTube reviewers have noted, it is intentionally thin and airy—think of a stylish beach cover-up or light summer layer rather than a thick coat. It is not sheer, but its lightweight nature means it's best suited for casual, relaxed settings. The comfort and breeziness are its most praised features.

Question 3

How does it hold up after washing? Will it shrink or fade?

Accepted Answer

For best results, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold water or hand washing, and laying it flat to dry. This will help maintain the fabric's integrity and color. Some users have reported minor shrinkage with high-heat drying. The construction is good for the price point, but as with any garment with a loose weave, avoiding rough handling during laundry will extend its life.

Question 4

Who is this kimono jacket best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This jacket is a hit with people looking for versatile, comfortable layers. It's perfect as a stylish cover-up for the beach or pool, bohemian-inspired loungewear, or a unique light topper for summer evenings, festivals, or casual outings. It's loved by those who prioritize a relaxed, artistic vibe. If you're looking for a structured, warm winter coat or a formal cardigan, this may not meet those specific needs.

Question 5

What's your return policy if the size or color isn't right?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for unworn items with original tags. Please note that as many items ship directly to ensure the best price, standard shipping times may apply. We encourage you to double-check the size chart and color descriptions (where users often mention "Olive" leaning more khaki or "Beige" having warm undertones) before ordering to ensure the best fit and match for your expectations. Our customer service team is here to help with any post-purchase questions.
