Question 1

How big are the tablets, and can I split them if swallowing is difficult?

Accepted Answer

Each tablet is on the larger side — many TikTok reviewers describe them as "horse pills." They can be split or crushed, though the taste is mildly chalky. If swallowing large tablets is a struggle, consider a capsule or liquid alternative.

Question 2

Is 5000IU of vitamin D3 safe to take every day?

Accepted Answer

For most healthy adults, 5000IU daily is within commonly accepted upper limits, but it may be too high if you're sensitive, on certain medications, or already deficient under a doctor's care. Reddit users frequently recommend checking with your physician before committing to this dose long-term.

Question 3

Is this product truly vegan, and what form of K2 does it use?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it's marketed as vegan and non-GMO. The K2 is typically MK-7, which is the plant-derived, natto-fermented form preferred by vegan users. If you have strict sourcing concerns, verify the current label, as formulations can change.

Question 4

Can I take this alongside thyroid medication, blood thinners, or other prescriptions?

Accepted Answer

Calcium and vitamin K2 can interact with thyroid meds, blood thinners (especially warfarin), and certain antibiotics. Space calcium at least 4 hours from thyroid medication, and always consult your doctor before combining with prescription drugs.

Question 5

Is it worth the price compared to buying calcium, D3, and K2 separately?

Accepted Answer

If convenience and a single daily pill matter to you, most buyers say yes — the 120-count bottle lasts four months. However, budget-focused shoppers on YouTube note you can often save money buying the three nutrients individually, especially if you only need a lower D3 dose.
