Question 1

Is the "Dark Brown" shade a true warm brown? I've seen reviews saying it looks black or ashy.

Accepted Answer

This is a common point of feedback. The "Dark Brown" shade tends to lean cool-toned and can appear quite dark, almost black, on some skin tones, especially with a heavy application. We recommend it for those with dark ash brown to black natural brow hair. If you're looking for a definitive warm, chocolate brown, this shade may not be the best match.

Question 2

How long-lasting and waterproof is it really? I have oily skin.

Accepted Answer

While many users love the initial application, those with oily skin should manage expectations. It performs best on dry to normal skin. On oily skin, it may fade or soften throughout the day and is not completely sweat-proof or smudge-proof. For all-day, bulletproof wear in humid conditions, a dedicated waterproof brow gel or pomade might be a better choice.

Question 3

I'm a total beginner at doing my brows. Is this pen easy to use?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This is where the pen shines. The fine 4-tip design is specifically praised by beginners on platforms like TikTok for creating natural, hair-like strokes without requiring a lot of technique. It's more forgiving than a pomade and allows you to build color gradually. It's a fantastic, affordable tool to practice and build your skills with.

Question 4

I've heard the tip can fray or get mushy quickly. How durable is it?

Accepted Answer

To maximize the life of the fine tip, use a light hand and avoid pressing hard or twisting the pen. Store it tip-up. With proper care, it should last for its full ink capacity. However, like any ultra-fine tip product, it is delicate. If you prefer a sturdier application, a micro-pencil might offer more durability, though with a slightly different finish.

Question 5

What if I receive the wrong color or the product doesn't meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our customers! If you receive a product that is clearly mislabeled or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately for a replacement or refund. Due to the subjective nature of color perception, we also recommend checking swatches and reviews to find your best match before purchasing. Our full return policy details are available on the "Shipping & Returns" page.
