Question 1

Is this bundle suitable for someone newly diagnosed with kidney issues, or is it for more advanced stages?

Accepted Answer

This bundle is most appreciated by those beginning their kidney health journey or looking for proactive maintenance. The cookbook offers a solid, approachable introduction to renal-friendly eating, and the supplement provides general support. However, many Reddit users in later stages (e.g., Stage 4+ CKD) or on dialysis found they needed more specialized, protein-customized plans. We always recommend consulting your doctor or renal dietitian to see if this approach aligns with your specific needs.

Question 2

I've seen comments about the pill size. Are they difficult to swallow?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point of feedback. The supplement pills are a standard capsule size for herbal blends, but some users do find them large. If you have difficulty swallowing pills, you may consider opening the capsule and mixing the powder with a small amount of soft food like applesauce, as some TikTok users have suggested. Always check with your doctor if this method is appropriate for you.

Question 3

How does the cookbook compare to free recipes I can find online?

Accepted Answer

The cookbook is designed as a curated starting point to eliminate the overwhelm of searching online. It provides foundational recipes and meal planning principles in one place. While some experienced users noted they could find similar recipes for free, the value is in the structured format and its pairing with the supplement regimen. Think of it as a convenient guidebook rather than an exhaustive culinary encyclopedia.

Question 4

Should I use the supplement and follow the cookbook diet together for it to work?

Accepted Answer

They are designed to complement each other for a holistic approach—the cookbook guides your dietary choices, and the supplement offers additional nutritional support. However, they can also be used independently based on your goals. Many customers start with both, while others, as mentioned in reviews, may focus more on one component depending on their doctor's advice.

Question 5

What if the cookbook doesn't fit my specific dietary needs or I'm unhappy with the product?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is important. Please review the specific return policy listed on the product page at the time of your purchase for details on eligibility and timeframes. For the cookbook, if recipes don't align with your required restrictions (e.g., diabetic needs, severe potassium limits), contacting customer service is the best first step. As noted in several reviews, the company has been responsive to customer concerns.
