Question 1

Is this magnesium glycinate better than other forms like citrate or oxide?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for specific goals. Magnesium glycinate is bonded to glycine, an amino acid known for its calming properties. This makes it highly bioavailable and exceptionally gentle on the stomach, unlike oxide which can cause digestive upset. It's the top-recommended form for improving sleep quality and reducing anxiety without laxative effects. Many users switching from citrate note better sleep and fewer stomach issues.

Question 2

The capsules seem large. Are they difficult to swallow?

Accepted Answer

We acknowledge some users find the capsules sizable. They are standard for a 500mg dose, but if you have difficulty with pills, we recommend taking them one at a time with plenty of water. A common tip from our community is to take them right before bed with your largest glass of water for the day. For those who cannot tolerate capsules, a powder form of magnesium glycinate might be a better alternative.

Question 3

How should I take this, and will it make me drowsy during the day?

Accepted Answer

The standard dose is 1-2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal or before bedtime. Magnesium glycinate is renowned for promoting *nighttime* relaxation and sleep without causing daytime drowsiness for most people. Its effects are subtle and supportive, not sedating. Many TikTok and Reddit users report taking it 30-60 minutes before bed to help unwind mentally and physically for a deeper sleep.

Question 4

What does "Fat-Soluble Vitamin C" mean, and why is it included?

Accepted Answer

This is a unique feature! Most Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is water-soluble and flushes from the body quickly. Our fat-soluble form (ascorbyl palmitate) is retained in your cell membranes longer, providing sustained antioxidant support. It works synergistically with magnesium to support overall cellular health and function. It's not a gimmick—it's an advanced form chosen for enhanced stability and lasting benefits.

Question 5
