Question 1

I'm a side sleeper. Is this pillow the right height and firmness for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is where the RejuveNite pillow truly shines. Based on over 1,800 reviews, it's consistently praised by side sleepers for its "Medium Support" and "High Profile," which perfectly fill the space between the neck and mattress to keep the spine aligned. Many users on Reddit specifically mention it eliminated their shoulder numbness. If you have narrower shoulders or prefer a lower loft, you might consider our "Low Profile" option.

Question 2

I've read about a strong smell. What is it, and how long does it last?

Accepted Answer

The initial odor is from the natural Talalay latex and is non-toxic. It's a common trait of pure latex products. Most users report the smell is noticeable upon unboxing but fades significantly within 48-72 hours when aired out in a well-ventilated room. A small percentage say it took up to a week to dissipate completely. This is a temporary process and not a defect.

Question 3

How does this solid latex core compare to shredded latex or memory foam for cooling and support?

Accepted Answer

Our solid Talalay latex core offers consistent, buoyant support that gently pushes back without sinking—a feel many describe as "responsive." It has inherent open-cell structure for better airflow than traditional memory foam. Shredded latex is more adjustable and can feel softer, but may flatten more over time. If you dislike the "sinking" feel of memory foam and want resilient support that sleeps cool, this solid core is an excellent choice.

Question 4

Is the pillow worth the investment? How durable is it?

Accepted Answer

The "Made in USA" Talalay latex and 100% cotton sateen cover are designed for longevity. The majority of users report the pillow maintains its shape and support for years. While a small number of online reviews mention softening or lumping after extended use, this is not the typical experience. We consider it a long-term investment in sleep quality, backed by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Question 5

What if the firmness isn't right for me? What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a risk-free 30-night trial. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We encourage you to give it at least a week to adjust to the new support level, as your body may need time to adapt from an old pillow. Many TikTok users who initially found it firm later loved it after this adjustment period.
