Question 1

Does the Renoj weighted vest bounce or shift during running and walking?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers report that it hugs the body and does not bounce, with the weight evenly distributed so it doesn't dig into the shoulders. The listing also states the reinforced chest helps minimize shifting during high-intensity movement.

Question 2

Is the weight adjustable or removable?

Accepted Answer

No. The listing states each vest corresponds to one fixed weight only, and the weight is built-in and not adjustable or removable, so you must select the desired weight variant before purchase.

Question 3

How do I choose the right vest weight?

Accepted Answer

The listing recommends 5-10% of body weight for cardio like running and walking, 8-20% for strength training, and 5-8% for beginners (for example, 125lbs suggests a 6lb minimum).

Question 4

Is the vest comfortable and breathable enough to avoid overheating?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe it as comfortable and well-balanced, with breathable fabric that helps prevent overheating. The listing notes the breathable neoprene and mesh fabric reduce sweat buildup and overheating.

Question 5

Does the vest have safety features for low-light outdoor workouts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The listing states it has reflective stripes for low-light visibility, along with even weight distribution, adjustable straps, and padded shoulders to help prevent injuries.
