Question 1

Are these filters truly compatible with my ResMed AirSense 11, and will they void my warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are specifically engineered to be compatible with the ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machine. Users across platforms like Reddit consistently confirm a perfect fit in the filter tray. Using third-party consumable parts like filters does not void your machine's warranty, as the warranty covers the device itself, not the disposable supplies you use with it.

Question 2

How do these compare to the official ResMed filters in terms of quality and performance?

Accepted Answer

Based on thousands of reviews, users report no noticeable difference in machine performance, airflow, or noise. The primary difference is price, offering significant savings. A small number of users note the material may *feel* slightly less dense, but this does not impact functionality or filtration efficacy for standard use. They are an excellent value-driven alternative.

Question 3

I've seen comments about filters arriving with damaged packaging. How are they shipped?

Accepted Answer

We ship filters in a sturdy cardboard box designed to protect the sealed inner bags. While the vast majority arrive in perfect condition, isolated shipping issues can occur. If your order arrives with compromised packaging, please contact our customer service immediately for a replacement or refund—we stand by our products.

Question 4

How often should I change the filter, and how long will a 60-pack last?

Accepted Answer

For standard filters, ResMed recommends checking monthly and replacing when discolored or every 6 months, but many users in dry/dusty environments or with allergies change them more frequently (e.g., monthly). A 60-pack provides a 5-year supply if changed monthly, or a 10-year supply if changed every 2 months, making it incredibly convenient and cost-effective.

Question 5

What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied or they don't fit?

Accepted Answer

We offer a customer-friendly return policy. If the filters are not compatible with your AirSense 11 or you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return the unused portion within a specified window (e.g., 30 days) for a full refund. We're confident in the fit and quality, as evidenced by our high ratings, but your satisfaction is guaranteed.
