Question 1

Is the "4452 Pre-Installed Games" claim accurate, or is it misleading?

Accepted Answer

While the device does come with a large number of files, many users on Reddit and review sites note the count is inflated with duplicates, ROM hacks, and Japanese titles. Think of it as a massive starter pack—you'll find all the major classics, but you may want to curate your list or add your own favorites. The real strength is the device's ability to easily play games from many classic systems.

Question 2

I've heard about shoulder button and Wi-Fi issues. How common are these?

Accepted Answer

Feedback is mixed. The majority of units work well, but a notable number of reports mention inconsistent shoulder button feel (especially R1/L1) and occasional Wi-Fi/Bluetooth instability for online features. The build quality is generally praised for the price, but it's not flawless. Purchasing from a reputable seller with a good return policy is recommended for peace of mind.

Question 3

Is this easy to use for someone who isn't tech-savvy, or is it for tinkerers?

Accepted Answer

It offers both experiences, but with a caveat. You can absolutely turn it on and start playing right away. However, many users find the stock menu system cluttered and choose to install a cleaner, community-built OS (like ArkOS) for a smoother experience—this requires some comfort with following online guides. If you want zero setup, a device like the Anbernic RG35XX might be simpler.

Question 4

Can I connect this to my TV, and how well does HDMI output work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it supports HDMI output for play on a TV. Performance is generally good for the supported systems (up to PS1). For the best experience, using a Bluetooth controller is advised. Note that some users on forums recommend tweaking display settings in the options for optimal picture on modern TVs.

Question 5

Should I use the included 64GB TF card, or buy my own?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question. The included card works, but brand-name cards (from Samsung, SanDisk) are more reliable for long-term use and faster loading. Many enthusiasts suggest using the included card just for the operating system and using a separate, higher-quality card in the second slot for your game library.
