Question 1

Are these sheets truly clear and good for display purposes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The most common praise from users is for the material's "crystal clear" and "glass-like" clarity, making them excellent for signs, frames, and displays. However, a few reviewers noted fine surface scratches, so for projects requiring absolutely pristine optical quality (like a gallery frame), you may want to inspect and clean them upon arrival.

Question 2

How sharp are the edges, and can I cut/sand them safely?

Accepted Answer

The edges are cut sharp and require finishing for safe handling—this is the top caution from DIY communities. Many users on YouTube and Reddit successfully sand them with fine-grit sandpaper (starting with 220 grit, moving to 400+ for polish) or route them. The material itself is praised for being easy to cut with proper acrylic scoring tools or saws.

Question 3

What should I do if my sheets arrive damaged?

Accepted Answer

While most packages arrive intact, shipping damage is the most reported issue. We recommend inspecting your sheets immediately upon delivery. If you find any cracks or deep scratches, please contact our customer service directly with photos. Based on user reports, the replacement process for damaged goods is typically straightforward.

Question 4

Is the protective film easy to remove?

Accepted Answer

This is a frequent point of feedback. The adhesive on the protective film can be quite strong. The pro-tip from experienced users is to peel it slowly and at a sharp angle. If residue is left behind, a mild solvent like Goo Gone or isopropyl alcohol on a soft cloth usually cleans it up easily. Patience during this step is key!

Question 5

Who are these sheets best suited for?

Accepted Answer

They are a fantastic, cost-effective choice for DIY enthusiasts, crafters, and small business owners working on projects like custom signs, craft barriers, shelf dividers, or light boxes. They are less ideal for professionals needing guaranteed, precision-cut dimensions or a perfectly scratch-free finish right out of the box, as some minor finishing work (sanding, film removal) may be required.
