Question 1

Is this a complete starter kit, or what else do I need to use these gel polishes?

Accepted Answer

This is a color and brush kit. To use the gel polishes, you will need a separate UV/LED nail lamp to cure them, as well as a base coat and top coat for a long-lasting, professional finish. Many TikTok creators emphasize this—the gels won't dry without a lamp!

Question 2

How true are the colors to the pictures online, and is the opacity good?

Accepted Answer

The vibrant and deep shades (like blues, reds, and metallics) are generally praised for being true-to-picture and highly pigmented. However, as noted in several reviews, some lighter and pastel colors (especially whites and pale pinks) can be sheer and may require 2-3 thin coats for full, streak-free opacity.

Question 3

I'm a total beginner. Is this kit suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This kit is very popular with beginners due to its wide color range for practice and low cost per shade. It's a fantastic way to learn nail art techniques. A common tip from experienced users is to pair it with a few higher-quality detail brushes, as the included brushes are best for basic application and learning.

Question 4

Are these soak-off gels, and how should I store the pots?

Accepted Answer

Yes, these are soak-off gel polishes. To preserve their quality, store the pots upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, and always screw the lids on tightly. Some users recommend wiping the rim and threads clean after use to prevent the lids from sticking.

Question 5

What's your return policy if a pot arrives damaged or I'm not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products. If you receive any damaged items (like leaked or sealed-shut pots), please contact our customer service team directly via your order page with photos, and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund. For general dissatisfaction, our standard return window applies—please check the product page for the current policy details.
