Question 1

Does "Set of 2" mean I get two pairs (4 hooks) or just two individual hooks?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point of clarification! The "Set of 2" refers to two individual curtain hooks. You will receive one hook for each side of a window, which is the standard for a single window treatment. If you have two windows to outfit, you would need to order two sets.

Question 2

What are they made of, and how durable is the finish?

Accepted Answer

They are made from a sturdy resin/plastic composite with a smooth white painted finish. Based on reviews, they feel solid once installed and hold up well to daily use. However, a few users have noted the finish can be prone to scratching if struck directly with metal during installation, so careful handling is recommended.

Question 3

Do they come with everything needed for installation, and will they work on drywall?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each hook comes with a mounting screw and a plastic drywall anchor. Most users on platforms like TikTok find the installation straightforward and the hardware sufficient for standard drywall. For added peace of mind with heavier items or older walls, some reviewers suggest using your own higher-quality drywall anchors.

Question 4

What are they best used for? Can they hold heavy curtains or towels?

Accepted Answer

They are perfect for lightweight to medium-weight curtains like sheers, linens, and standard cotton drapes. Many customers also love them as stylish holders for bath towels, robes, or even hats. However, they are not recommended for very heavy blackout or velvet drapes. If you're unsure, checking your curtain's weight is a good idea.

Question 5

What if I receive a damaged item or they don't work for my space?

Accepted Answer

The product is backed by the seller's standard return policy, which typically allows for returns or replacements for damaged items. If the hooks aren't right for your project, the process to initiate a return is handled through your order history on the platform where you purchased them. Many happy reviewers mention the excellent value, but it's always good to know your options.
