Question 1

How comfortable is this sectional, and will the cushions hold up outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Owners consistently rave about the deep, plush comfort, making it perfect for long lounging sessions. The cushions are covered in a washable fabric, but it's important to know they are not fully waterproof. As noted in several reviews, they can absorb water if left out in heavy rain and take time to dry. For best longevity, we recommend storing them indoors during extended wet weather or using waterproof storage bags.

Question 2

Is it really suitable for small spaces like a balcony or condo patio?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This is one of its most praised features. The modular 7-piece design is specifically configured to fit snugly in compact areas, creating an efficient conversation set. Many TikTok and Reddit users in apartments have shown how it transforms their small balconies. Just be sure to double-check the product dimensions against your available space before ordering.

Question 3

What's the actual seat height? I've seen comments that it sits low.

Accepted Answer

The seat height is approximately 15-16 inches from the ground to the top of the cushion. This is lower than a standard dining chair (typically 18-19 inches). While this creates a relaxed, lounge-like feel, some users mention it requires a bit more effort to get up from. If you or your guests have mobility concerns, this is a key measurement to consider.

Question 4

How difficult is assembly, and what's the quality of the materials?

Accepted Answer

Most buyers find assembly straightforward but time-consuming, taking 1-2 hours for one person. You'll need a rubber mallet and possibly a second pair of hands for a few steps. The frame is powder-coated steel, and the wicker is all-weather PE rattan. The build quality is good for the price point, though some owners note that cut ends of the wicker may fray slightly over time. The included tempered glass table is sturdy but sits freely on the frame, so it can shift if bumped.

Question 5

What is your return policy for large outdoor furniture, and who covers shipping?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for this item (please check the product page for the exact duration). Because it's a large, heavy item, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer if the return is for reasons other than damage or defect. We strongly encourage reviewing the dimensions, photos, and user feedback carefully to ensure it's the right fit for your needs and space before purchasing.
