Question 1

Is the King size duvet a true fit for a standard King-size bed?

Accepted Answer

While it fits standard UK King-size beds (150cm x 200cm), a common note from reviewers is that it provides a minimalist drape. If you have a deep mattress (over 25cm) or tend to move a lot at night, you might find the coverage slightly less generous. Many happy customers on TikTok recommend sizing up to a Super King if you prefer a more substantial overhang.

Question 2

Can I really use this 10.5 tog duvet all year round?

Accepted Answer

It's designed as an all-season option, and most users find it perfect for spring, autumn, and mild winters. However, social media feedback suggests your experience depends on personal warmth needs. If you're a very cold sleeper or your bedroom gets particularly chilly, some Reddit users recommend pairing it with an extra blanket in winter or considering a dedicated higher-tog duvet for peak winter months.

Question 3

How does it hold up after machine washing?

Accepted Answer

It's fully machine washable, which is a huge plus. To maintain its quality, wash on a gentle cycle at 40°C and tumble dry on low. A few users have mentioned that over time and with frequent washing, the filling can sometimes shift. To prevent this, ensure it's thoroughly dried and give it a good shake and fluff regularly. Following the care instructions closely is key to its longevity.

Question 4

Is it genuinely hypoallergenic for someone with severe allergies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's hypoallergenic and a top benefit mentioned in reviews. The synthetic filling is resistant to dust mites, mould, and mildew, making it an excellent choice for allergy and asthma sufferers. Many customers have shared that switching to this duvet significantly improved their nighttime comfort and reduced allergy symptoms.

Question 5

What if it doesn't meet my expectations? What's the return policy like?

Accepted Answer

You can return the duvet within a reasonable period (typically 30 days) if you're not satisfied, provided it's in its original, unused condition. It's a good idea to check the specific return policy on the retailer's website where you purchase it. A helpful tip from buyer discussions: try it on your bed for a few nights (with protectors) to truly gauge comfort, as the initial feel straight from the compressed packaging can be different.
