Question 1

How do I choose the right size? Should I size up?

Accepted Answer

We recommend carefully checking our size chart based on your measurements. However, based on extensive customer feedback, many find our leggings fit snugly for optimal compression. If you are between sizes or prefer a less compressive feel, choosing one size up is a popular and safe choice. For specific fit concerns, our customer service team is happy to advise!

Question 2

Are these leggings truly squat-proof and durable for workouts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are designed to be opaque and provide full coverage during movement. The fabric offers excellent compression and recovery. For long-term durability, we advise following the care label (machine wash cold, lay flat to dry). Some users on social media have noted that avoiding high-heat drying helps prevent pilling and maintains the seam integrity, especially with frequent, intense use.

Question 3

How effective are the built-in resistance bands? What are they best for?

Accepted Answer

The integrated bands are designed for constant, low-to-moderate muscle activation, not for adding heavy external load. They excel in enhancing mind-muscle connection during Pilates, barre, yoga, and toning exercises. Think of them as a gentle reminder to engage your glutes and legs throughout the day or your workout. Many TikTok creators love them for this subtle, all-day toning effect.

Question 4

What is your return and exchange policy if the fit isn't right?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Exchanges for size are free and prioritized. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and processing can take 5-7 business days once we receive the item. We've streamlined our process based on feedback to make it as smooth as possible.

Question 5

Who would get the most value out of these leggings?

Accepted Answer

These leggings are a perfect match for anyone seeking ultra-comfortable, flattering everyday wear or enhanced low-impact training. They're a favorite among yoga and Pilates practitioners, and for those who want a sculpting feel during walks or daily chores. If your primary goal is heavy strength training with significant resistance, dedicated lifting bands paired with standard workout tights might be a better fit.
