Question 1

Are these remanufactured HP 65 XL cartridges compatible with my printer (e.g., DeskJet 3755 or Envy 5052)?

Accepted Answer

They are designed for HP 65 XL black and are listed as compatible with many DeskJet and Envy models, including those you mentioned. Please double-check the compatibility list on the product page for your exact model before buying. Many users confirm successful use across the listed printers, but it’s always best to verify.

Question 2

What exactly are these cartridges, and will they affect my printer warranty?

Accepted Answer

These are remanufactured HP 65 XL black cartridges. They’re refurbished with fresh seals and are intended to work safely with your printer. In most regions, using third-party remanufactured cartridges does not void your printer’s warranty, but you should confirm current policy with HP in your location if that’s a concern.

Question 3

How many cartridges come in the pack, and what color do I get?

Accepted Answer

The package contains 2 black HP 65 XL cartridges. It’s a two-pack designed to save you time and money if you print a lot of black text.

Question 4

Do I need to prime the cartridges or run any special setup or cleaning after installation?

Accepted Answer

Installation is straightforward and should be similar to OEM cartridges. If you notice faint printing or lines, a routine print-head cleaning or alignment is usually enough. If issues persist, contact customer support for guidance or a replacement.

Question 5

What if a cartridge is defective or I’m not satisfied—what are my options?

Accepted Answer

If a cartridge in the two-pack is defective, most sellers offer a replacement per their policy. Reach out with your order details, and a replacement or refund is typically arranged. Based on reviews, many customers find customer service helpful in handling these cases, though processing times can vary. This product also offers the value of a two-pack, so if one cartridge is fine, you still gain cost savings.
