Question 1

Is this massager suitable for beginners, or is it too large?

Accepted Answer

This is a common question, especially from those new to prostate wellness. While many experienced users appreciate its powerful design, we frequently hear from beginners that the size can be intimidating. If you are new to prostate massage, we recommend reviewing the sizing dimensions carefully and considering your comfort level. The bonus educational guide is particularly helpful for first-time users to ensure proper, gentle technique.

Question 2

How durable is the Sonic Prostate Massager, and what is the warranty?

Accepted Answer

User experiences with durability vary. While many customers enjoy long-term use, some social media feedback mentions issues with motor failure over time. Our device is built for quality home use, but like any electronic product, longevity can depend on care and frequency of use. It comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We advise handling it with care and following the cleaning instructions precisely.

Question 3

What is the real value of the bonus 'Prostate Massage Manual eBook by a Harvard MD'?

Accepted Answer

The included eBook, authored by Dr. Bazar, is a legitimate educational resource focused on prostate health and wellness principles. It is not a medical prescription for the device itself. Customers who take the time to read it often praise it for being informative and helping them understand the context and benefits of prostate care, which enhances their overall experience.

Question 4

What is your return and refund policy if the product doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can initiate a return through our customer support portal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, the product must be in unused, resalable condition with original packaging for a full refund. We've listened to user concerns about support, and we strive to process all requests promptly. For defective items within the warranty period, please contact us directly for a replacement.

Question 5

Are the benefits more about wellness/pleasure or verified medical treatment?

Accepted Answer

This is a crucial distinction. The Sonic Prostate Massager is designed as a *wellness and massage device* for personal use. It is not a FDA-approved medical device for treating or curing any medical condition. Many users report subjective benefits like relaxation, improved sensation, and relief from general discomfort, which align with wellness goals. For any specific medical concerns, we always recommend consulting with a healthcare professional.
